What is SessionSession is composed of 9 Ruling Elders, men, and women who have the spiritual gifts of leadership, discernment, and administration. In its ministry, the Session provides the primary leadership of the church. The work of Session is done through committees, which are chaired by Session members and in which church members serve.

The session shall have responsibility for governing the congregation and guiding its witness to the sovereign activity of God in the world, so that the congregation is and becomes a community of faith, hope, love, and witness. |
Who are the Deacons?A Deacon in the Presbyterian Church is a church member who is elected and ordained to a particular function in the church. The ministry of the board of deacons is under the supervision and authority of the session and carried out through various teams. Our Deacons are elected members of the church who have particular gifts and calling in areas of compassion, mercy, and helping.

The ministry of deacon as set forth in Scripture is one of compassion, witness and service, sharing in the redeeming love of Jesus Christ for the poor, the hungry, the sick, the lost, the friendless, the oppressed, those burdened by unjust policies or structures, or anyone in distress.
